Cambodia and Thailand have agreed to restart talks aimed at resolving the border dispute that claimed four lives, last month the Cambodian Foreign Ministry said Sunday. Foreign ministers and border negotiators are to meet November 10-12 in Siem Reap, said ministry spokesman Kuy Kuong. But a Thai foreign ministry official said the dates and venue of the talks were still under discussion.
